Giving and Getting Involved

Countryside School has been providing joy in learning and excellence in education since 1992.

Countryside’s success is due in large part to the support we receive from parents, trustees, alumni, alumni families, grandparents, friends, staff and faculty, all of whom help ensure a bright future for the school and continuing educational opportunities for our students.

The mission of the Countryside School Development Office is to build and sustain relationships with both current and former constituents that advance the reputation, visibility, and support of the School.

As an independent not for profit school Countryside operates without any financial support from the local, state, or federal government.  Our programs are funded entirely by tuition and additional revenue generated by tax-deductible donations.

There are many opportunities for individuals and organizations to contribute their time, talent, or resources to the school.  If you have any questions, or are interested in giving to Countryside School as a donor or volunteer, please contact the Development Office at 217.355.1253 or email Jamie Driver.

The Excellence Fund

We know you want the best for your child, and so do we.  The Excellence Fund, Countryside’s annual giving program, provides the teachers and staff with the funding they need to respond to current classroom needs, take advantage of professional development opportunities, and to pilot new programs that inject important new trends and excitement into the curriculum.  Excellence Fund dollars are an investment in our students, our facilities, our faculty, and our school!

For more information about the Excellence Fund, please contact the Development Office.
