Our independence from for-profit ownership, government management, and religious affiliation, allows us to focus our full attention and resources on what matters most – the education of our students. Everything we do here is based on a simple truth – children are naturally curious individuals who love to learn – especially in a fun, challenging, student-centric environment like ours, where they feel safe and respected.

For good kids to become excellent students, they need exceptional teachers to guide them. Countryside attracts and retains some of the best and brightest. Most of our teachers have earned advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) beyond their Bachelor's degree. We provide the professional development, autonomy, resources, and technology our teachers need to transform each class into a learning adventure – and they do it every day.

Countryside's curriculum is unlike any other in the region – incorporating hands-on projects, creative simulations, teamwork, performance, world languages, and physical activity. Countryside teachers collaborate to map an evolving nine-year curriculum interwoven with dynamic classroom experiences designed to challenge and engage inquisitive, high-performing students.

Countryside attracts an eclectic mix of culturally diverse families actively engaged in their children's educations. Our unique, nontraditional structure – small class sizes and large, combined, team-taught classrooms - is the heart of Countryside. With all classes from kindergarten through middle school interacting along one common corridor, our students become a community, all learning and growing together in a shared Countryside experience.
