Dear interested families,

We are very pleased that you are considering applying to Countryside School. Applications are available starting in mid-September for entry next fall.

This year we are introducing a Kindergarten Early Decision program. Applications are due on October 15 with decisions on October 30. To be eligible for this program, please reach out to me to schedule a tour or attend our Open House on September 28 as visiting the school is Step 1 of the application process.

Although the major points of entry are kindergarten and sixth grade, we accept new students into any grade (except 8th) if space is available. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept new students into 8th grade.

If there is no space available for a qualified student, we place them in a wait pool in case an appropriate opening occurs. The wait pool expires when the next admissions season begins. Countryside does not form a wait pool prior to review of applications.

A school tour or attendance at an Open House or Admissions Webinar is required as the first part of the application process so that families may understand our school's mission and program.

Our Discover Countryside Open House each fall is in-person, and our Admissions Webinars are virtual. The Open House utilizes (but not require) advance registration to speed up the check-in process. The Admissions Webinars require online registration so that we may send you the link to the webinar. Individual tours for kindergarten will begin in mid-September and tours for all other grades beginning after the Open House.
