Middle School (grades 6-7) Application Packet   Note: For this next application cycle, we are accepting students into middle school for 6th and 7th grade, but our 8th grade class is full.

Re-applications for grades 1-5:

Re-applications are for previous elementary or middle school applicants for whom there was no space last year.

Use the Elementary Re-Application if the applicant applied for grades 1-4 last year and are applying for grades 2-5 this year. (If it has been two years since your last application, use the standard application, not the re-application.)
